CAN I USE NuSkn EVERYWHERE?

NuSkn Regular Formula is intended for use only on arms, legs, back, and chest. For sensitive areas such as underarms and private areas, use NuSkn Sensitive Formula only. Always follow application instructions carefully to avoid skin irritation, burns, or adverse reactions. Perform a patch test prior to full use.

 

ARE THE RESULTS PERMANENT?

No, NuSkn Hair Removal Powder does not permanently remove hair—results typically last 1–2 weeks. With consistent, prolonged use, hair may grow back finer and appear to grow more slowly over time.

HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO USE THE NuSkn HAIR REMOVAL?

Use NuSkn only as needed, typically every 1–2 weeks, depending on your hair regrowth. Allow at least 72 hours between applications and do not use more than once within a 3-day period to avoid irritation.

To skip, pause, or cancel your subscription, click the Manage subscriptions tab. Under the subscription you want to skip, select SKIP, PAUSE, OR CANCEL the subscription you would like to skip. You can also access this page by selecting the subscription product within an order.

I WANT TO REACTIVATE A SUBSCRIPTION, HOW DO I DO THIS?

Click the Manage subscriptions tab in your customer portal. Select Inactive. Click +Reactivate to reactivate a cancelled subscription.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR AN UPCOMING SUBSCRIBE & SAVE ORDER?

You cannot edit the address for a specific subscription. Instead, you must update the address for all subscriptions delivered to the same address. You can edit your address via your customer portal.
